This single girder overhead crane inquiry was the email direct marketing. Customer received our email and sent us inquiry on 17th April 2020, The offer including pricelist and drawing were provided to customer within 24 hours since inquiry received.
Because of our professional design and reasonable pricelist, we received the request to send the proforma invoice from customer which was required to be full payment by Letter of credit. The production started as soon as the L/C letter remit.
Soon after four weeks, the production finished, we cooperated with our ship forward agency to finish the loading, documents to bank, etc.
30th Oct 2020 Customer finished the assemble of mechanical part, our people arrived and guided the electricity work and do commissioning of single girder overhead crane.
