13th July 2020, we received customer's whatsapp message for asking the price of floor mounted jib crane 5t. To reach the wider work radius, we considering electric chain hoist instead of wire rope hoist, which can reduce the width to realize more work space. The offer including price list and drawing were provided to customer within 24 hours since inquiry received.
Because of our professional design and reasonable price list, we received PO from customer after 10th Aug 2020 even without bargain. We offered some free spares to customer to show our sincerity. Customer reviewed the drawing and signed on it to confirm. The production started as soon as the payment remit.
During the production, customer gave us another purchase order for 3t chain hoist to replace the old ones in their plant. Soon after one week, we cooperated with customer ship forward agency to finish the loading, documents, etc.
We now working on new project about the overhead crane. Hope we reach a long business terms.
